Portland Community Room
CoastLife Credit Union is proud to offer the Portland Community Room as an event space suitable for intimate meetings, presentations, and social gatherings.
Accommodations:
Classroom Presentation Style
Twelve (12) classroom tables with power outlets
Twenty-four (24) chairs
Two 85” presentation TVs
14'x2' counter space
Social Event Style (Standing Room Only)
Up to 30'x28’ of space
Two 85” presentation TVs
14'x2’ counter space
Capacity:
The Portland Community Room is rated for a maximum of 24 individuals in a Presentation Style setup and 50 in a Standing Room Only setup.
Cost:
Room Rental Rates - $300 per 4 hour event rental plus a $300 refundable deposit.
Additional Accommodations:
The Credit Union will provide a Presentation Style setup. Anything outside of this scope is to be provided by the outside event organizer.
Security:
CoastLife Credit Union can accommodate Security upon request at $38 per hour, minimum of four (4) hours required.
