Call-24 (Telephone Banking)

Call-24 is our FREE Audio Response System. It's an easy-to-use service that allows you to take care of your Credit Union business any time night or day via a touch-tone telephone. With Call-24, you can perform real-time transactions and inquiries whenever and wherever it's convenient to you. Easily check balances, make transfers, review account history and more.

To start using Call-24, simply complete the form and fax, mail or email it to us. Once activated, call 361/985-6810 and select option 1 to be directed to our Call-24 System, or call the System directly at 1-833-985-6339.

Routine maintenance is generally performed every Thursday evening. Call-24 may be down during that time.
